Challenge adressed
Group sales: €250 million, including €50 million in exports. The customer portfolio is diversified, with 500 industrial buyers and key accounts in France and 100 abroad. The rise in raw material prices has led to a sharp increase in the Group's customer outstandings, reducing the insurer's capacity to cover all receivables. As a result, a large number of its buyers are no longer adequately covered by the insurer.

The proposed solution
Implementation of a Top-Up contract on the entire portfolio with a second insurer who optimizes the amount of commitments covered by the primary insurer. Each "primary" guarantee granted by the first-tier insurer is thus automatically doubled by the second-tier insurer.
The solution has been applied to the entire customer portfolio to guarantee optimal coverage.
Management is streamlined, as the contract runs for one year, with no need for intervention by the insured's teams.
