Laurence Fineltain
Holding a postgraduate degree (DEA) in Business and Economic Law from Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne University and the CAPA (Certificate of Aptitude for the Legal Profession), Laurence Fineltain began her career as a lawyer in 1996. She practiced law for 16 years in various firms, specializing in business and tax law.
In 2013, she joined AU Group as General Secretary, a role in which she has supported management on key matters including governance, compliance, mergers and acquisitions, and legal and regulatory obligations. Since 2022, she has also been a member of the Group’s CSR Committee, helping to shape its corporate social responsibility policies. At 53 years old, her appointment to the Board highlights her commitment and deep understanding of the company's legal and strategic challenges.
