Role description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Compliance Officer located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

The Compliance Officer will be responsible for ensuring that the company complies with all regulatory requirements, managing compliance programs:

design an appropriate AML/CFT compliance program
establish and maintain appropriate AML/CFT policies
provide necessary reports to the Board of Directors
arrange to retain all necessary supporting documents for transactions, KYC, monitoring, suspicious transaction reporting

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
Practical experience in risk management, internal or external audit, or has previously taken part in the audit of Companies or Insurance Brokers.
Experience in the insurance industry, financial institutions, or in internal/external audit
